- What do you sell?

We sell a wide variety of fantasy-themed items, jewelry, stationery and books. We cater to mythological and esoteric interests, collecting a wide variety of dragons, fairies, goddesses, Celtic, and woodland creatures. Our items range from home and garden décor, to sterling silver jewelry, cards, journals, books, t-shirts, and much more. Our stock varies throughout the year and we strive to constantly bring in new and unique items for our customers. We also carry a selection of local artisan works in support of the artistic community.
Everything that is available through our website is also available for purchase in-person! We update our inventory levels daily, and add new products every week, so check in often to see what's new in-store and online!
- Where do you get your products?

Our stock comes from all over the world! The majority of our giftware and figurines are cast in resin and hand-painted, and come from companies based throughout North America, with manufacturing in China.
We also stock a variety of items from other continents – including leather journals and incense from India, gemstone jewelry from Indonesia, handiworks from Thailand, masks from Venice, jewelry and decor from the UK, among others. We are happy to support local artisans and companies, and maintain a collection of domestically produced items, jewelry, and cards, as well!
- Do you offer wholesale?

Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale. We are a direct-to-consumer business only.
- Can you find something for me?

We will do our best to help! If you're looking for something specific, please email us at info@dragonspace.ca with a detailed description, and we will let you know if it's something we can procure.
If you saw something in-store that you can't find on our website, please email us to see if that item is still available. While we make every effort to keep our online stock updated some items might only be visible in-store.
- Where do you ship?

We ship to all destinations within Canada and the US. Please consult our Shipping Rates page for pricing.
Please note we do not ship large, fragile items such as tables, figurines measuring over 15".
We offer Standard & Express shipping to all locations, with the exception of PO Boxes. Only Standard Shipping times and rates are available to PO Box addresses due to prohibitive costs.
- Do you ship to the USA?

Yes, we ship to addresses in the United States. Please note that due to potential delays in processing international shipment due to customs clearance, shipping times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed to arrive in the estimated shipping times provided.
USA customers may be required to pay additional fees for customs clearance, duties, and taxes, as collected by the shipping carrier. These are collected directly by the carrier and not included in the shipping costs as listed on our website.
- Do you ship items outside Canada & the USA?

No. Online shipping is currently available within Canada & the USA at flat rates.
- What is your return policy?

Please consult our Return Policy page for returns on online orders.
In-store purchases may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from return including earrings, and open tarot and oracle decks. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- What happens if my order is damaged?

While we make every effort to package items safely, damages may happen. In case your order is damaged during shipping, please email us within 5 business days of receipt with photos of the damage to the exterior and/or interior of the parcel.
If stock permits we will replace the damaged item for you at no extra cost, and if we are sold out you will be issued a refund for the item.
- Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We have two gift card options: shopping online, and shopping in-store.
For online shopping, please follow this link to purchase a gift card.
For in-store shopping, we have gift cards available for purchase at the counter, or they can be ordered over the phone at 604-689-8931 and held for the recipient.
Unfortunately our gift cards can't be split between in-store and online purchases, so please plan accordingly!
- Where are you located?

We are located on Granville Island in Vancouver, in the Creekhouse Complex. We are on the boardwalk between the main road and the Sandbar Restaurant, facing Ocean Cement.
